Vuoden 2026 Humanistispeksin produktioon haetaan uusia upeita tekijöitä! Haku on auki 1.-22.9.2025. Haku kaikkiin tiimeihin tapahtuu samalla lomakkeella, joka löytyy täältä. Aina kannattaa hakea! Hakemuksen täyttämisessä menee vain viitisen minuuttia.
Joihinkin tiimeihin on hakulomakkeen lisäksi mahdollisesti ennakkotehtäviä, haastattelu ja/tai pääsykokeet. Mutta älä stressaa, niissäkin pidetään hauskaa! Kaikkien hakuprosessin osien tarkoitus on helpottaa tiimipäälliköiden valintoja sekä kartoittaa hakijan omia vahvuuksia ja kiinnostuksenkohteita.
Pääsykokeet
Näyttelijöiden pääsykokeet pidetään 4.-5.10.2025
Tanssijoiden pääsykokeet pidetään 28.9.2025
Bändin ja taustalaulun pääsykokeet pidetään 29.9.-1.10.2025
Huomaathan, että pääsykokeisiin osallistuminen on välttämätöntä, eikä yksittäisille hakijoille välttämättä kyetä resurssien puolesta järjestämään korvaavia pääsykokeita. Otathan yhteyttä tuotantoon tai suoraan tiimipäällikkön mikäli tiedät, ettet ole pääsemässä pääsykokeisiin.
Muiden tiimien haastattelut ja mahdolliset tehtävät sovitaan tiimipäälliköiden ja hakijoiden kesken.
Tehtäväkuvaukset
Grafiikka vastaa produktion visuaalisesta ilmeestä esityksen ulkopuolella. Päätoimet ovat julisteen ja käsiohjelman suunnittelu sekä toteutus. Hommat ovat pääosin graafista suunnittelua ja kuvittamista. Tehtävää löytyy niin konkareille kuin uusillekin tekijöille.
Grafiikkapäällikkö: Sevim Özcelik
Valokuvaaja tuottaa produktiolle kuvamateriaalia treeneistä ja kokouksista sekä tietenkin esityksistä. Työ painottuu esitysviikolle, muut aikataulut ovat joustavia.
Valokuvaajapäällikkö: Susanna Salmi
Videotiimi suunnittelee ja toteuttaa esitykselle markkinointimateriaalia videomuodossa sekä tuottaa videomateriaalia produktiossa lavalle heijastettavaksi ja esitettäväksi. Tiimeihin sopivat sekä videotuotannon taitajat että siitä kiinnostuneet aloittelijat.
Videopäällikkö: TBA
Lipunmyyntitiimi päivystää tammi-helmikuussa kampuksella lipunmyyntivuoroissa levittäen speksin ilosanomaa yliopistokansalle. Esitysviikolla vuorossa ovat haalarimerkkien ja muiden oheistuotteiden myynti väliajoilla sekä ennen esitystä.
Lipunmyyntipäällikkö: Sevim Özcelik
Muonitustiimi pitää huolen siitä, että kaikkien energiatasot pysyvät hyvänä pitämällä kahvipannut kuumana ja mahat täynnä! Treenit ovat rankkoja ja tiimimme tsemppaa mm. speksin legendaarisilla vegaaniresepteillä! Muonitustiimi tekee pääosin tehtäviään läpimenoviikonloppuina sekä esitysviikolla.
Muonistuspäällikkö: Sevim Özcelik
Virkistystiimi huolehtii vapaa-ajan tapahtumien sekä speksin muiden tilaisuuksien järjestelyistä.
Virkistyspäälliköt: Petteri Peltola & Tinja Ronkonen
Tuottajatiimi keskittyy produktion käytännön järjestelyihin ja toteutukseen. Tiimin vastuulle kuuluu muun muassa treenitilojen ja sponsorien etsiminen, budjetin seuranta sekä produktion sisäinen viestintä ja tiedottaminen.
Vastuutuottajat: Tanja Kostina & Jesse Jaakkola
Markkinointitiimi vastaa nimensä mukaisesti speksin markkinoinnista sekä erityisesti sisällön suunnittelusta ja toteuttamisesta speksin sosiaaliseen median kanaviin. Tiimissä on hyötyä visuaalisesta silmästä ja luovuudesta, mutta tärkeintä on into, motivaatio ja hyvä tekemisen meininki. Tiimin toiminta sijoittuu tasaisesti koko produktion ajalle.
Markkinointipäällikkö: Ayse Özcelik
Sovittaja muokkaa valitut biisit produktion bändin soitettavaksi. Tiimin toiminta ajoittuu syksyyn, sillä sovitukset on saatava harjoiteltaviksi mahdollisimman pian.
Sovituspäälliköt: Nelli Vartiainen & Matilda Halttunen
Sanoittaja kirjoittaa produktioon valituille biiseille uudet sanoitukset, jotka kuvastavat sopivalla tavalla kohtauksen tunnelmaa ja roolihenkilön mielentilaa.
Sanoituspäällikkö: Saara Holopainen
Bändi tekee todeksi sovitustiimin työn ja antaa lavalla oman musiikillisen panoksensa omstartteihin.
Bändipäälliköt: Nelli Vartiainen & Matilda Halttunen
Näyttelijä vastaa yleisön viihdyttämisestä nerokkailla vastauksilla omstarteihin. Hyötyä on myös laulutaidosta, sillä näyttelijät vastaavat laulujen soolo-osuuksista. He kaikki myös osallistuvat tanssijoina suuriin ryhmäkoreografioihin. Harjoituksia on intensiivisesti läpi syksyn ja talven. Näyttelijöitä luotsaavat yhdessä ohjaaja ja apuohjaaja.
Ohjaaja & apuohjaaja: Lasse Tammela & Elli Talasranta
Tanssijat tekevät speksin biiseistä näyttäviä musikaalinumeroita. Lisäksi tanssijat ovat usein mukana kohtauksissa pienissä rooleissa. Speksin tanssitiimi treenaa useamman kerran viikossa syksystä esitysviikolle sekä keskenään että bändin ja näyttelijöiden kanssa.

Koreografit: Lotta Heimsch, Ella-Kaisa Lehtinen & Anna Ilvonen
Äänitiimi työstää esityksen äänisuunnittelua käsikirjoituksen ja ohjaajan näkemysten pohjalta. Lisäksi äänitiimi tekee yhteistyötä bändin ja laulavien näyttelijöiden kanssa miksauksen ja äänentoiston merkeissä.
Äänipäällikö: Jimi Ahola
Valotiimi suunnittelee, rakentaa ja ajaa esityksen valot valopäällikön johdolla. Yhteistyötä tehdään muiden visutiimien, kuten lavastuksen ja videosuunnittelun kanssa. Tiimin työ painottuu esitysviikolle.
Valopäällikkö: Ines Koponen
Lavastaja suunnittelee ja rakentaa lavastuksen lavastuspäällikön johdolla. Suunnittelu tapahtuu syksyllä ja rakennus lähellä esitysviikkoa. Lavastajat huhkivat erityisesti esitysviikon alussa ja lopussa.
Lavastuspäällikkö: Maisa Rämänen
Rekvisiittatiimi auttaa näyttelijöitä tekemään roolihenkilöistä mahdollisimman eläviä huolehtimalla lavalla tarvittavista esineistä. Aidon näköisen, kestävän ja turvallisen rekvisiitan valmistaminen tai hankkiminen tarjoaa välillä melkoisia haasteita.
Rekvisiittapäällikkö: Mira Saares
Puvustaja loihtii esiintymisvaatteet näyttelijöiden ja tanssijoiden päälle. Puvustus on yksi eniten aikaavievistä tiimeistä, jossa pääsee käyttämään luovuutta ja oppimaan uutta.
Puvustuspäällikkö: Irene Horto
Hius- ja maskitiimi suunnittelee hahmojen ulkoisen ilmeen syksyn aikana ja pääsee ensimmäiseen tulikokeeseen tammikuun promokuvauksissa. Esitysviikolla tiimi jalkautuu tukevasti backstagelle pitämään huolta esiintyjistä ennen esitystä ja sen aikana.

This year, we want you!
We’re looking for new, wonderful people to join the 2024 Humanistispeksi production! The application period is from September 1st to September the 22nd 2025. Applying to all teams is done through the same form, which can be found here. It’s always worth applying, and it only takes about five minutes.
For some teams, in addition to the application form, there might be preliminary tasks, an interview and face-to-face auditions. But don’t stress, they’re super fun too! All parts of the application process are designed to help the team leaders compile their teams and to identify the applicant’s strengths and interests, and for the applicants to get more information about the team they’re applying to.
Audtitions
Face-to-face auditions are organised for the acting and dance team and band.
Auditions for actors will be held on 4-5 October 2025
Auditions for dancers will be held on 28th September 2025
Auditions for the band and backup singers will be held 29th September – 1st October 2025
Please note that taking part in the audition is necessary, and we cannot necessarily organise separate auditions for individual applicants. Please contact production or the team leader in the case that you know that you won’t be able to participate in the auditions.
For the other teams, team leader will inform you of possible preliminary tasks and arrange the interviews together with the applicants.
Descriptions of the teams
Graphic design is responsible for the the graphic and visual elements used in prints, social media and merch. The main activities are designing the poster and the playbill. The team is a great place for both more experienced illustrators and newcomers.
The photographers have fun with their cameras as they provide the production with footage of rehearsals, run throughs, meetings and, of course, performances. The team also takes care of the promo shoots of different teams and characters in the musical.
The marketing team is in charge of Humanistispeksi’s social media for the duration of the production. They’re main job is to have fun, create Tiktoks, design and publish memes and make sure everyone is aware of the production so our seats are packed! The team is in action throughout the production.
The video team will design and produce promotional material for the show in video format, as well as producing video footage for projection and screening on stage during the production (if necessary, of course). The team is suitable for both experienced video producers and beginners interested in video production.
The ticket team will be on duty on campus in January and February after tickets come on sale, spreading the good news of the spectacle to the university community. The team is also responsible for getting everything ready for the online sales. During the week of the performance, the team will be on hand to sell overalls and other merchandise at intervals and before the performance.
The food team takes care of the energy levels of the production members. The food team is there to cheer up everyone during the long run-through weekends and practices with legendary vegan recipes. The food team is mainly active during the run-through weekends and the performance week.
The recreation team takes care of organising leisure events and other events for the production, so basically we help everyone get to know one another and have even more fun together than they already do!
The production team focuses on the practical arrangements and execution of the production, they’re the epitome of jacks of all traits. The team’s responsibilities include finding training facilities and sponsors, monitoring the budget, internal communication and communication with the production’s partners, and the management of the production.
The awesome arrangers edit the selected songs for the production band to play. The team’s work is scheduled for the autumn, as the arrangements need to be ready for rehearsal as soon as possible. A great way to challenge your musical talents!
The lyricists write new lyrics for the songs selected for the production, reflecting the mood of the scene and the character’s state of mind.
The band brings the work of the arrangement team to life and will contribute their own musical input to the improv on stage. The band practices about once a week.
The actors are responsible for bringing the script and characters to life entertaining the audience with ingenious answers to the improv-prompts they’re given during the show. Singing skills are also an advantage, as Speksi is a musical among other things. The actors also all take part as dancers in large group choreographies. Rehearsals are intensive throughout the autumn and winter. The actors mostly work with a director and an assistant director, who are in charge of their rehearsals. Please note that the script is in Finnish.
The dancers create spectacular musical numbers from the songs in Speksi. In addition, the dancers are often involved in scenes in small roles. The dance team rehearses several times a week from autumn to performance week, by themselves and with the band and actors. Dancers bring the musical to life, breathing art into each number they’re a part of. It’s also free training, which is awesome!
The sound team works on the sound design of the show based on the script and the director’s vision. The sound team also works with the band and the singing actors when it comes to mixing and sound design.
The lighting team designs, builds and runs the lights for the performance under the direction of the lighting manager. They work with other visual teams, such as set, video design and choreographers. The team’s work is focused mostly on the performance week.
The set designers design and build the set under the direction of the set manager. The design takes place in the autumn and construction close to the week of the performance. The set designers are especially busy at the beginning and end of the performance week.
The props team helps the characters, script and sets come to life by supplying the actors with the items needed on stage. Making or buying props that look authentic and are durable and safe can sometimes be quite a challenge, a fun one at that! Being innovative and thinking outside the box are at the core of the props team!
The costume designers create the performance costumes for the actors and dancers. Costuming is one of the visual teams that helps bring the characters, story and era to life, where you get to use your creativity and learn new things. Suitable for sewing/thrifting enthusiasts and beginners alike!
The make-up and hair team designs the characters’ looks during the autumn and will have their first fire test at the January promo shoot. During performance week, the team will be based backstage to take care of the performers before and during the show. Get your brushes and blushes, this team is for the creative and crafty.
